All pieces are unique and handmade, and therefore truly one of a kind. No two masks will be the same, even if similar looks and effects are sought. We are not to be held responsible for any damage incurred during shipping, though we will try to work with you to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.
If a custom order is placed, please allow at least 4 weeks for production. Depending on complexity and material requirements, the order may take more or less time to complete. Please also note that with custom orders, the finished product will not be exactly as you envisioned it, as the products are all made by hand, and some irregularities in shape or color can and do happen. We try to limit these, but we are only human!
